All the training in the world does not create managers. While there are many business management techniques on the market and books to be read the best managers are those individuals who can not only pick up the tools they need but can find a way to implement them flexibly into the industry and business setting that they are in.

Taking time to assess those individuals who have the innate qualities that all managers should possess and some common sense will help you to have a successful business with a strong leadership team.
