Is 3D Really The Best Thing To Happen To TV Enjoyment?

3D makes my head ache, but for quite a few people it's the most awesome invention since sliced bread or the DVD player. The TVs are already out in the market and they are doing fairly well. People like the way the technology works and looks, however asking them to watch the TV constantly with the expensive glasses is not as popular. It can be tiring for most people despite how cool the images look. But it might be simply a matter of getting used to the glasses and used to the technology as second nature.

Now, even more impressive is the achievement that Nintendo has made with their new hand held video game system, the 3DS. They have managed to bring the 3D technology to the masses in the form of portable video gaming without having to wear glasses. In fact the technology has proven to work so well, that they are even discussing bringing movies to the device.

What else that is nice about this technology is that it can be controlled with a slider on the side of the device. You control how much 3D your eyes and brain can deal with. And if you want it all gone, and want to see the image in 2D, you merely slide it all the way down and turn it off.

The only problem with the technology is that you have to look directly at it from the front and can’t move the angle of view. that's why the technology unfortunately can not be used on full sized TVs.
