Aromatherapy is a great way to burn calories and you can use it while simply sitting in front of the television, as long as you don't sit in front of the box all day. The smell is great and is soothing and relaxing, and has been proven to be a great form of weight loss, but it is not something that will get you into shape. It can help, but the gym is still the place to be.
