Giving small financial rewards to your older kids are really a bargain when you lighten your load and is great training for your younger kids that will usually follow suite. A simple list of chores is usually all that is required to make much of the daily chores less stressful and free up some breather moments. Successful motivation for children can be praise for a job well done and followed up by an allowance.
